(Juki promised to remove them from their website dealer list, written 4/10/12). This guy jerked me around when I went to him to buy a Juki machine. Out and out lied to me about several things beyond the fact that he isn't a dealer, causing me more than a week's delay in getting my machine. I wanted to buy locally; I believe in supporting small businesses, but I would never consider doing business with this man, not even for sewing machine repairs. Experience re quilting may be different, but for purchase and repair, run far away!
