Spent several hours on the phone with Verizon trying to resolve issue. Verizon customer service has to go over manager and contact regional manager to get any help. If there was anything below 1 star that's what I would give. Do not come to this store as they will tell you, " we are an independent store and Verizon policies don't matter to us"
