  Bought a DVD player last night..did not open it...returned it today with original receipt. The associate and supervisor tell me that they can't return it because it's not the right one. I tell them it is and they insist on arguing. I then tell them it's not my problem and to figure it out. She calls a manager and manager comes over and says that the sticker the guy scanned at purchase was put on by mistake. The original associate and supervisor couldn't even flip the box around to figure that one out because they are both dense. I couldn't even get an apology after the inconvience or even spoke to by any of them. I'm so glad ppl shop there when they treat you like a convict or thief. This store can go to hell. Can't wait for this store to go out of business.

  I GOT A TABLET FROM Walmart and after not even a month the tablet stopped working. I went to the product sponsor and to no avail they would give me a replacement or refund. Saw a District manager at Walmart and told her my story and she refunded my money. They all try to do their best to make the customer happy. Thank you.
